Manpower Planning till hiring the suitable candidate.

. Applying job portals "NAUKRI, MONSTER, TIMES JOBS" for effective

recruitment.

. Screening short listing the job seekers according to company

requirements.

. Implementing head hunting strategy for senior level positions.

. Performing the preliminary round of interviews and sending

profiles to the respective Departments & management.

. Daily follow-up with departments and job seekers. As well as

preparing the daily reports.
