TIAA-CREF (Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association - College Retirement Equities Fund) is one of
the largest financial services companies in the United States. The TIAA-CREF Banking program has been
launched to offer a suite of Banking products and services to traditional TIAA-CREF Retirement
solutions customers. The additional suite of services will leverage the existing customer base and provide
the end customer with a holistic approach to meet their financial needs. TIAA-CREF has partnered with
FIS for the overall Banking solution. The technology components and solutions are primarily sourced
from FIS, with the deployment of Profile as the Core Banking Platform, supported by ancillary interface

Siebel Events Management will provide TIAA-CREF Clients with an enhanced ability to schedule
appointments and register for events online. Siebel Events Management will also provide TIAA-CREF

to automatically direct Clients to the most appropriate service channel based on need. This will improve
the current end user experience, expand their current scheduling options, and provide reliable metrics
associated with Individual and Institutional Client Relationship activity via Siebel. In addition to the
above, the Siebel Events Management initiative also seeks to improve existing systems integration,
infrastructure, and compliance at TIAA-CREF. The Siebel Events Management Project has been initiated
