I was responsible for overseeing the maintenance and quality department’s, from
employee’s to process improvement and budget reduction. I worked closely with the
general manager on putting capital improvements in place to increase productivity and
reduce budget issues. Held weekly maintenance calls for all the plants across the
nation to implement a p.m. program in place thru SAP to further reduce downtime and
labor for the company. My job duties included but not limited to;
Responsible for ensuring that both plants as well as all the equipment was

maintained in a quality manner that would reflect the company’s core values.
• Cut the maintenance budget by 20% by implementing a p.m. program as well
as updated equipment.
• Improved machine processes and efficiency by conducting quarterly audits
through a third party.
• Stopped all contract work for repairs to help reduce cost by conducting major
repairs in house to include training team members on how to repair critical
pieces of machinery that was valuable to the company.

better circulation thus bringing down chemical use as well as reducing
