Description : Without destructing or breaking the material, we can find

the invisible

defect and thickness of the metal.

It works in the principle of ACOUSTIC

IMPENDANCE.

Ultrasonic is basically a high frequency sound or

mechanical vibration of

a frequency above 20,000 Hz. The ultrasonic waves are

generated by

Plezo electric effect. This ultrasonic waves passes into

the material

If any discontinuous in the metal, it shows in the mode

of graph in crt.
