Elecon group has manufacture world best gear box and bulk material handling

equipment. Elecon's MHE Division design, manufacture and supply of bulk

material handling equipments and products such as Conveyor System, Magnetic

Separator, wagon tipplers, wagon marshalling machines, stackers,

reclaimers, crushers, trippers, feeders, conveyors, idlers, pulleys etc.

This division also executes turnkey projects for mechanised bulk material

Responsibility:

. As a Project Manufcturing Engineering duties in Gear & MHE equipment

division.

. Attand the Design meeting for the new project start domain.

. Review of received manufacturing scope document; and prepare General

Manufacturing plan with planning coordination dept of Powertrain,

Gear, MHE Equipment, and Conveyor System as per customer technical

specification and submit to project dept

. Create basic drawing for sub-contracting dept for out sourcing.

Implement company standard as required.

. Always follow G D & T for all king of machining works.

. Keep tracking raw material as per Bill of Material and submit material

status Purchase / Project Coordination dept.

. Work distribution based on priority given by project dept

. Prepare Bar & Gantt chart of manufacturing activity for Project dept

to further customer submission with respect to Delivery Period with

help of Microsoft Project 2007.

. Review L2 schedule for easily track and identify all material in

system or physical and Work Flow chart for easily understanding to

customer.

. Maintain manufacturing activity and keep work record of daily basis

and calculate actual cycle time as per project estimation.

. Read manufacturing blue - print (As built) drawing. If need concern to

design for minor or major changes in drawing with customer approval

and related to plant layout.

. Work on actual workspace for more than 75% and other duties 25%.

. Frequently following up with store and quality dept for stage

inspection and upcoming material for further next peocess. Maintain

delivery schedule as per contract terms.

. Provide full support to tool design dept to evaluate for tool and

fixture design for special requirement.

. Fixture and tools selection for special work job and prepare

instruction for job set up and hold up on CNC bench.

. Inspect all tools and setup before start machining operation.

. Preparation and submission of periodic manufacturing progress report

to client / consultant.

. Coordinate with machine operator, stage inspector and final inspection

for each job.

. Submission of deviation statement to the client for approval and issue

of change of order to that effect.

. Prepare manufacturing report as per ISO requirement.

. Extensive experience in dealing with different Contractor, Customer,

Vendor and Inspection agency of issues and make sure production is up

and running.

. Maintain the status of all the orders, monitor the progress of work at

vendor's end and expedite with vendors for corrective action on

shortfalls so as to ensure timely delivery of the item at site.
