Assisted with the Texas A&M University’s 7 year, $1 Billion One Spirit One Vision Capital Campaign
through development within the colleges.
Responsible for the development in three departments within the College of Engineering: Aerospace,
Industrial and Mechanical Engineering. During my tenure, endowment increased from $0 to $520K in
Aerospace, from $182K to $375K in Industrial and from $4.8M to $6.2M in Mechanical.
Received commitments for planned gifts in excess of $5.5M.
Responsible for all aspects of the successful campaign to raise $10M for the Mechanical Engineering
Departmental Campaign – Today’s Dreams, Tomorrow’s Reality.
Liaison between academia & industry. To bring together the needs of one and satisfy this need with the
abilities of the other.
Met the needs of a major electronic equipment manufacturer by developing a new Systems Engineering
Specialty in the College of Engineering, which will address the needs of many other companies.
The only Director of Development responsible for activities in two Colleges, Science & Engineering.
Responsible for all departments within the College of Science, endowment increase during my tenure was
from $2.7M to $5.2M.

greater area. Included customer base of numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Assembled and performed technical presentations.
Generated an average of $3.8 Million per year of business compared to an estimated company set goal of
$2.3 Million per year.
Landed a $4.3Million project for every electric motor in a cracker facility – the largest landed account.
