PSA Singapore Terminals is a flagship terminal of PSA International, one of

the leading global port groups, with investments in 29 port projects in 17

countries across Asia, Europe and the Americas.

This project is an upgrade from Peoplesoft 8.3 to Peoplesoft 9.1. Since ELM

is part of PS HRMS in 8.3, it's implemented as Peoplesoft ELM 9.1

application separately.

This is an Operational Support Project where Service ticket gets assigned

to individuals for resolutions. Tickets are analyzed and resolved with

Change requests or Work Orders which will be handled by the development

team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Developed application engine to upload the Job information of the

contract employees to extend the contract.

. Customizing the existing sqrs as per the new change requests by

Client.

. Development of new custom sqrs.

. Impact Analysis of the existing code to incorporate the new changes.

. Customized many pages according to the client specifications like

adding check boxes, radio buttons, disabling certain fields.

. Created run control pages with the necessary input parameters and

added the pages to components and attaching it to a menu item.

. Involved in debugging and modifying of Sqr programs to identify the

problem.

. Used File Layout and developed Application Engine Process to import

data from flat file to PeopleSoft Records.
