Lamination, Conversion, Printing and Trouble shooting.

h) Detail understanding of planning of materials.

i) Maintaining necessary safety measures required during production and

shop floor.

j) Hands-on experience on documentation and stock data management.

k) Independently responsible for Production, Quality of cylinder plating.

l) Analysis of Thickness, Hardness and Roughness required cylinder.

m) Responsible for maintaining percentage of chemical composition

required for cylinder plating (copper bath, nickel bath, chrome bath

and Dichromate bath)

n) Responsible for maintaining stock of chemical required plating

department.
