Replacement (Mosaic) is a multi-phase 5-year project to replace the

school aging administrative systems dealing with Human Resources,

Payroll, Student Administration, Financials, and Business Intelligence

following Agile/Scrum software development model

Led and coordinated meetings between our Business Sponsor and

Stakeholders to ensure that the Business direction, high-level scope

and dependencies are identified and documented in the Project Plans

per PMBOK

Played a key role along with Project Manager developing project plans,
