OBJECTIVE: It is my desire to find a career that is both challenging and

prominent dealership. My responsibilities have included, but have not been

limited to: payroll, warranty work, titles, accounts payable, accounts

receivable, audits, supervisory duties, eft's, billing clerk, warranty

cancellations, deposits, etc. I have excelled in every area, and have been

promoted quickly in every area as well. I learn very quickly and have been

a valuable team member in every new challenge I have been given. It has

also been my responsibility to assist in new hires, conduct training, and

as well as assist the Controller as needed.

effectively as possible. Assisting the Controller as needed is a primary

duty as well.

1999-2002 Gary Yeomans Ford, Service Writer

My duties started as a cashier for the Service Department. Cashier

responsibilities included taking in all monies for customers picking up

their vehicles after being worked on, putting customers in and taking them

out of loaner vehicles if their vehicle was going to be in service for an

extended period of time, and to answer all incoming phone calls to the

Service Department. After a few months I was promoted to Head Cashier. As

Head Cashier my responsibilities were, new hire training and the flow of

the Cashier office. After approximately a year and a half of cashiering, a

promotion was received to Assistant Warranty Administrator. As Assistant

Warranty Administrator my duties were to assist the Warranty Administrator

with warranty claims, processing all Extended Warranty claims to outside

warranty companies, making sure that dealership got paid on the claims. In

a little less than a year I was promoted to a Service Writer. As a writer,

my duties were greeting customers in the service drive and addressing their

concerns. Duties included writing up the repair order and processing

customer concerns through the repair shop. The reason for leaving this job

was, a position became available in accounting for Daytona Dodge Chrysler.

I was encouraged to apply by one of the head Controllers from AMSI

faxed to each dealership on a daily basis to keep them informed of the next

business day's work. The reason for leaving this job was my immediate

Supervisor felt that this job wasn't challenging enough for me, so he then

transferred me to Speedway Dodge Kia. AMSI is our Corporate company.
