Description: Cluster acceptance-Reforming of G900 (RU20Network)
Key Responsibilities:
. Achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted
3G KPIs of the Cluster (Accessibility, Retainability & Mobility).
. Worst cell analysis for contracted 3G KPI of cluster(Accessibility,
Retainability & Mobility)
. Optimizing DCR by checking the UL interference, PRACH delay reports
and Site locations
. Optimization for HSDPA CSSR degraded cells.
. Involved in extracting all the required reports for the analysis using
the reporting suit (RU20) and able to extract the RNC dumps on need
basis
. Involved in generating the customized reports based on the customer
requirement using the reporting suit

success, Session failures, Throughput).
. Layer-3 analysis for various performance issues like dropped calls,
setup failures, low throughput for both R99 and HSDPA calls.
. Responding to specific customer queries related to their Network
Performance
. Make sure that the degradation is not due to swap related activities.
. Analysis of low throughput of Static and Vehicular drive.
. MOS voice quality analysis for pre and post swap.

Description: The project is aimed at remote optimization of KDDI Network

Key Responsibilities:
. Process the CDL data sent by MJL Japan using UNIX tools and Windows
based tools.
. Analyze the problems areas based on HO Blocking, TotalActCounts.
. Analyze Mobile Assisted Hard Handoff failures using the Failures, and
analyze the cause of problem and suggest a solution.
. Plan and Propose Soft, BCOF and Idle hard neighbor list addition for
the sectors generated in the reports.
. Validate the performance of the network after implementation of the
proposed suggestions and provide new suggestions if required.
. Generate a detailed report of all sectors having issues and action
plans and submit it to MJL Japan.
# Project 6: Atheeb System Integration Testing (End to End Testing)

Description: Atheeb is the Green field operator came up strategic plan to
build a full next-generation network using a range of broadband access
technologies. We were involved in validating the User level Functionality
(End-to-End) to ensure the proper functioning of the Features and the
Network Elements.
Key Responsibilities:
. Developed Knowledge on WIMAX Network Architecture.
. Developed Test cases and used the Qatraq tool for Test
management.
. Analyzed and Validated the Test case scenarios.
. Report Bugs in Bugzilla & follow through with Development for
fixes.

. Analyze the Simulation reports and make a comparison study.
. Analyze Mobile Assisted Hard Handoff failures, and analyze the
cause of problem and suggest a solution.

. Propose parameter change recommendations for the Base station
for better performance.
. Validate the performance of the network after implementation of
the proposed action plans.
