SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

As Director of Scheduling at PAC SEATING SYSTEMS, (2011-2012), I reduced production cycle time by 25%, as a result of consolidating work plans with similar processes. Following as the Production Planner and Control Manager for the entire operations (2012-2013), I reduced vendor costs by 10% as a result of closely managing engineering changes and quick follow up with vendors.

Managed newly formed land team increasing portfolio from under 1000 MW to over 1300 MW, increasing sales to over 30%. As the new Director for Land Acquisition for Wind Development (2007 – 2010), I hired, trained, and deployed over 30 land agents in three months to generate easements totaling to 60,000 acres, a company milestone that first year of implementation. Managing acquisition and construction of company’s first Canadian Wind Project at 81MW, I supported marketing strategy to doing business in Canada, finally achieving a corporate milestone. I led task teams on title ownership improving accuracy of information and saving the company over $300,000.00.

Developed and implemented new business plan that would add $2million in sales annually. In my first role at Hitachi America Ltd. (2000 -2007), I would work with the VP of Sales to present to Executives the opportunity to introduce spares parts plan with low accounting risk to the company by allowing service centers to stock and ship parts. As a Project Manager handling our largest company account, I worked sensitively with GE Germany to collect over $120,000.00 in arrears and improve inland shipping by 50%.
