I am a hard worker and a fast learner looking for an opportunity to excel and advance in an environment where I can put forth the skills and assets I’ve acquired over the past few years I’ve been in the work force; an environment where, if need be, I can start an entry-level position and advance using the knowledge and devotion that I have obtained.

Work Experience

Windsong Studios: 10/12– present.

I am currently employed as a guitar teacher at a private music studio in LaVergne, TN. My responsibilities include scheduling lesson times, ordering books and supplies, minor guitar repairs and instruction. I teach a comprehensive music lesson which includes instruction in guitar theory, technique, performance and artistry; offering lessons in a wide variety of genres ranging from classical, blues, country and rock.

Automation Personnel: 6/12 – present.

I have worked a variety of temporary jobs through this company over the past eight months in order to supplement my income as a private guitar teacher while I build my student roster ; my contact agent is Tracy Woodall.

WWL/Nissan: 6/10-6/12. Professional Rail Load Processor

While employed at Nissan, I was under the supervision of Doug McKay. I performed duties such as driving brand new vehicles (units) from designated areas onto train boxcars, exiting the units with quality and assurance; strapping (chalked) the units down to the floor of the rail car by the tires and repeating this procedure for five linked rail cars, three levels high. I was skilled at climbing down off of the rail car using no safety feature other than gloves, a bump cap, and three points of contact .I also have experience operating heavy machinery; as well as vehicle ramp positioning using molybon, lubing doors, and fixing deck pins. My responsibilities also included distributing vehicles throughout the facility to where they needed to be shipped out.

Music City Parking: 11/08-1/10. Shift Leader/Valet

Under the supervision of Evan Gaines, I performed such tasks as assuring that every shift under my supervision ran smooth and steady, ensuring that the employees stayed busy and efficient in not using up company time. Other duties I performed included relieving employees after rechecking their quality for the shift in an orderly rotation, greeting guests as they pulled into the four star hotel and assuring the comfort of the guest that we would deliver a prompt and enjoyable service to them. I was also highly skilled with the ability to drive expensive vehicles in confined spaces in a quick and safe manner.

Pearl Drum Corporation: 1/06-7/07. Order Puller/Cherry Picker

My supervisor at Pearl Drum Corporation was Tony Hajacos. My job responsibilities included pulling orders called in by various artist or dealers, assembling and/or shipping drum sets or shipping individual parts or boxes. Any smaller individual piece I would have to wrap, pack, and ship. I also assisted others and myself throughout the warehouse using a cherry picker safely and efficiently.
