Job Profile

I am working as a Partner in the firm, my responsibility includes heading

the internal audit team of the firm, my portfolio includes the clients

involved in varied category of business like construction, Pharmaceutical

and Engineering companies. I am also responsible for risk assessment and

framing the internal control procedures of the clients. My portfolio also

includes carrying statutory audits as well as certain specialized tasks

like Drafting and interpretation of Shareholders Agreement, LLP Agreement.

I was working as a senior auditor in BDO, wherein I am responsible for

finalization of accounts, application of IFRS.

I had a experience of working with the clients involved in the business of

Shipping, Aviation, Telecommunication sector. As real estate market is

growing in Bahrain I also had an experience to work with some of the

leading real estate developers of Bahrain. I also had an experience of due

diligence, investigation and also business structuring and strategy

planning.
