JOB DISCRIPTION REPORTING TO SUPERVISOR& SUPERIANTEND AND ENGINEERS:

Responsible for executing various of erection, commissioning and

maintenance. Implementation of all the scope of work, mobilisation of

materials for the task, coordination with concerned department,

technician and other work force within HSE policies and guidelines

also producing regular progress reporting on daily weekly monthly

basics to the concerned department also lead the work force to achieve

completion of the work with the scheduled time and budget to the

required standard

Duties and responsibilities;

> I have various knowledge in Instrumentation and Electrical Control

Systems such as a test equipment electronics and pneumatic

implementation of P & ID drawing process engineering flow diagram,loop

diagram, hookup drawing, Installation of Instrument bench calibration &

troubleshooting in Instrument Control Panel, Calibration of all types

transmitter like Temperature, Pressure, Flow & Level with Highway

Addressable remote transducer (HART) Communicator Rosemount Having

Model No. 275,375,475 etc.

> To guide the worker and technician for completing jobs in proper rand

appropriate Manner also guide the

crew to work safety and complete work within stipulated time to

collect technical data from the engineers

and guide the work force to implement it.

> Involve in instrumentation work fabrication & installation- JB & Panel

frame, Instrument stanchion (stand) canopy as installation

fabrication & modification job. Impulse line " to 1" S.S Tubing copper

tubing (seam and seamless) on control valve, ESD valve, Etc.

run such as Ladder tray, Punching tray, Duct tray, Fiber tray and Angle

tray Etc.

> Installation of FF cabinets, instrument JB with FF bus system,

instrument stanchion, JB frame valve Position, etc.

with according to field control drawing and 3D model drawing.

> Installation of impulse tubing of transmitter due to mechanical

point up to cabinet and instrument as per Hook-up and

according to field recommended

> Installation of all kinds conduit Aboveground, Underground and PVC

Embedded conduit.

> Grounding work, Cad weld, Cathodic system and Lightning protection

work.

> Testing and commissioning of fire & gas detection system which

include smart fire and gas detectors.

> Provide technical support during pre-commissioning & commissioning

activities for start-up. And to prepare punch

list item prior to testing of system.

> Monitoring and controlling of E & I quality expects in coordination

with the side QC inspector. And Planning the

Manpower, Equipment and material requirement.

> Implement company rules and regulation and Safe working procedures.

And arrange Safe work permit like Cold work

Hot work and Confined Space Entry.

> Coordinate with the Safety Engineer and initiate action on his

recommendation on a priority basis.

> Assure that site Equip. are in a good condition and necessary safety

measure is observed prior to its used.
