I was working directly through the Denbury Plano Office

at the Flowood, Miss. Office.
There are several Project names as listed, The Gluckstadt
24-inch Main-Line project,
13-7 12-inch line, Moles Creek Line lowering it per DOT
requirements, 15-Mile Creek lowering
and overseeing the building of a Box Sag at the Creek
Crossing, DRI-DOCK a new 24-inch line
installed from the well site areas to Tie-in at the
Barksdale to Brandon Main Line beside
Highway 25. Repair some areas in an 8-inch pipe Line this
project was being managed close to
assure this line is done in a timely fashion coordinating
with Operations for as little down time
as possible. My duties were to manage the Contractor
scheduling the project, assuring all
permits are obtained; As-Built Drawings are being
maintained, placing Inspection at the needed
areas assuring all reports, MTR`s and Testing are
maintained and current.
I do maintain all of the needed folders and reports,
organized in binders assuring they are
Complete at the end of each project.
February 2010 through March 2010 - (Spectra Energy) working
through Lonquist
Engineering Field Construction Manager/Chief Inspector.
The Contractor did work
over a Disposal Well, Pulling the tubing and casing,
install some new casing to replace
damaged casing.
December 2009 through January 2010 - Project name (Clarksburg
Compressor Station)
Gas Compressor Station, the ownership of this project
is Exterran
I did work through Alliance Inspection Company working
as a Field Construction
Manager/Chief Inspector
July through October 2009 - Project name (Eunice Reverse Flow)
Gas Compressor Station, the ownership of this project

Senior Welding Inspector I was overseeing all of the
fabrication and installation of the
piping off the mainline, Compressor building,
Electrical skid, Mechanical skid and Utility skid.
August 8, 2008 through October - Project name (O'Brian #1- 6
Lateral)
Gas Pipeline Project, The ownership of this project
is Chesapeake Gas.
Chief Inspector I did oversee the Contractor install
about 8 miles of 14-inch pipe from
two wells to a gathering system and a compressor. I
was responsible for all of the
environmental and safety concerns of this project
acting as the EHS officer as well.
July 9, 2008 through July 27, 2008 - Project name (Pine Hollow
Project)
Gas Pipeline Project. The ownership of this project
is the SIMS GROUP.
Chief Inspector I did oversee the Contactor build a
Station Pad with dirt to
Set the compressors and skid units for measuring the
gas as it is transported.
SIMS GROUP had some internal problems and decided to
cancel this project until a latter
Date.
March 2008 through July 9, 2008 - Project Name (REX EAST) Gas
Pipeline Project
The ownership of this project is shared with Kinder
Morgan,
Conoco Phillips and Sempra gas companies.

miles through Ohio my
responsibilities were to coordinate construction
with the Contractors and the gas
company working through the Ohio area also acting as
the head EHS officer for this
portion of the project.
March 2007 through February 2008 - Project Name (REX WEST) Gas
Pipeline Project
The ownership of this project is shared with Kinder
Morgan,
Conoco Phillips and Sempra gas companies.
Safety Manager for the (7) spreads of this project
my responsibilities
were to insure the Contractors are working under
the guidelines
set forth in the contract. I was responsible for
all incident reporting
with the head quarters of the operations. I did
write all of the
safety manuals and procedures for this project.
June 2006 through March 2007 - Project Name (REX Entrega) Gas
Pipeline Project
Kinder Morgan through Gulf Interstate
Safety Manager on (2) spreads of pipeline from
Wamsutter,
Wyoming to Cheyenne, Colorado. Responsibilities were
to assure
the inspection company is documenting any and all
safety violations
and the contractors are adhering to the safety
policy required by
Kinder Morgan. I do investigate all incident,
accidents recorded and
try to find a resolution to the problem or concern.
August 2005 through June 2006 - Kinder Morgan through Gulf Interstate
Field Construction Manager/Chief Inspector
of (9) new storage tanks (1) water tank and (1)
Vapor recovery tank being built, Ensuring the
quality workmanship
of the tanks, reviewing all the radiograph film and
witnessing
any N.D.E. required. Responsible for as built
drawings, film trazabilty and
all documentation, also watching piping and
instrumentation installation.
February 2005 through August 2005 - Onsite Welding &
Fabrication
QA Manager oversee the shop fabrication and assure
the quality of
workmanship. Interpreting film and writing
procedures as required.

Welding Inspector. Worked on LPL's System Expansion Project II
(SEP II) performing dimensional and visual weld inspections.
Reviewed all X-rays and dimensions in accordance with the job
requirements.
October, 1998 - December, 1998: Lake head Pipe Line Company, Terrace
Expansion Project (through Fluor -Daniel, Inc.)
Welding Inspector. Welding inspection on the firing line and
tie-ins.

Chief Inspector Worked at Lakehead's Clearbrook Station near
Clearbrook, Minnesota, on the installation of a new fire

testing of pressure vessels, vulcanizers, and process gas

test results for conformance to applicable requirements.
