Consultant to Clearwater Liquidating Trust 2010 - 2011

. Responsible for the wind-down of the business of Clearwater Natural

Resources and Miller Bros Coal, LLC, finalization of all federal, state

and local tax activities, and collection of all outstanding receivables

for the organization.

. Managed all aspects of the general accounting function, process and
