Projects Undertaken

1. Dabhol Bangalore Pipeline Project ( September 2011 to Dec 2012)

Client: GAIL (Gas Authority of India Ltd.)

Role: Execution Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Planning & execution of total activities of the assigned terrain of Project.

Work schedules & tracking project with Progress Measurement Sheet (PMS).

Review drawings, procedures & specifications for work planning, BOQ & resources finalization.

Ensure all drawings, tender & specifications, work procedures are kept up to date and that a full set

of as built are available and documented.

Site inspection, inspection reports, Daily Progress Report (DPR), hindrance report & Updating of

construction work of site.

Ensure construction activities are completed within the stipulated time with optimum cost and quality

control.

Work on ASME Section II, Section IX (PQR, WPS, PQT) & API 1104.

Micro planning & team building for specific activity.

Co ordinate in preparation of site or sub contractor monthly bill & Labour billing.

Co ordinate and assist team members for smooth execution of the construction project.

Co ordinate with all the Supporting departments & contractors for completing the project as per the

drawings and specifications.

Client meetings to deliver progress status, project plan & formulate to expedite construction rate.

Liaison for land acquisition, resolve statutory & local issues.

2. Mangala Development Terminal Project [Storage Tanks]( Dec 2012 to till now)

Client: CEIL (Cairn Energy India Pty Ltd.)

Role: Planning Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Planning of total activities covered by the scope of project.

Work schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Look ahead month’s plan, daily plan, micro planning and team building with work assignments.

Track schedule against plan with Progress Measurement Sheet (PMS).

R.A. bills, milestones, incentives & bill break up plans.

WO/PO handling, subcontractor handling, rate/cost negotiation, quotation finalization.

Review the approved drawings, procedures & specifications for BOQ, resources finalization.

Reconciliation statement by using approved drawings.

Daily progress report (DPR), Weekly Progress Report (WPR), Monthly Progress Report (MPR) &

man/machine, equipment/material record.

Daily Client meetings to deliver project status in terms of quality/quantity, Man power, equipment & to

formulate day to day plan.

Co ordinate with Client for statutory requirements, legal permissions, sub contractor’s approval etc.

Co ordinate with HO regarding approvals, inventory, execution, quality, HSE & maintenance

departments.

Ensure work performance under the constraints of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.

KEY SKILLS

Project management: Work schedules, resources management, Progress measurement &

other planning tools.

IT skills: Microsoft office (all tools), Primavera P6.

Technical skill: - PQR, WPS, WPQ, NDT procedures, Quality Management Instructions.
