. Experience of optimization of No of BSC's to meet a set of KPI's.

blocking, SD blocking, Dual band traffic share, HR/FR settings etc to
improve network level KPI's.
. Conducting different parameter trials to improve KPI's.
. Regular drive testing to deeply analyze certain problematic areas
identified through Statistical analysis & customer complaints and
implementing Tilt/Height/azimuth changes on existing cells to optimize
coverage and Quality.
. Performing parameter audit/neighbor audit of all cells and changing
where necessary after analysis of traffic stats and drive test.
Ensuring traffic balancing amongst different cells to improve KPI's.
. Complete frequency retune of the city.
. Frequency planning for new sites and expansions on existing sites.
. Neighbor planning and retuning.
. Handling corporate customer complaints, checking for coverage, quality
issues and proposing dedicated solutions such as indoor micro/
repeater or through redesign of tilts, heights, azimuth etc.
. Experience of designing of coverage/capacity sites as per Business
Plan to extend coverage and meet capacity demands in targeted area.
. Generation of nominal cell plan for capacity sites based on high
traffic/blocking of existing sites.
