Duties: Human Services Professional for at-risk youth in a residential treatment facility. Work
collaboratively with client placement specialist, DFCS, DJJ, CASA, parents, and school system to
provide appropriate step-down services. Ensure that the admission packet is complete. Maintain
confidentiality of records. Develop treatment plan. Attend panel reviews and other court hearings.

Holmes Pharmacy 2003-present
Duties: Training and supervising all technicians, ordering and tracking inventory, greeting customers,
