and aircraft systems.

Performs all airframe, power plant and propeller repairs and modifications required to

meet company and FAA requirements.

Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement

parts; and testing aircraft system.

Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment.

Completes all required maintenance records.

Accurately records time worked on a work order.

Interprets technical manuals, drawings and blueprints.

Performs other aircraft maintenance work as may be required.

Performs varied additional duties as assigned.

Wheel shop Mechanic

September 2008 - September 2010 Honeywell, Houston, TX

Remove worn tires, wash or bead blast wheel halves, paint stripped and parts cleaned,

visual inspection, measurements, NDT (Zyglo, Eddy, and/or Magnaflux), repainted, and

reassembled

Inspect and pack bearings in accordance with CMM’s, SPM and WI.

Perform repairs or overhauls duties in outline task.

QA/QC Technician

Receive all customer products and pass on all pertinent information to the proper

departments.

Produce receiving reports in the computer system.

Inspect customer product and verify correct part numbers on customer product.

Receive repair orders from customers.

Generate work orders for items being worked by production.

Perform a final inspection of all work done and re-certification of all items worked.

Perform inspections and re-certify soft goods.

Ensure all documentation and paperwork is filled out entirely and correctly on the shop

floor and stores area.

Seat Technician

Re-inspect seats to ensure that all discrepancies were written or noted properly.
