Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines,

and aircraft systems.

Performs all airframe, power plant and propeller repairs and modifications required to

meet company and FAA requirements.

Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement

parts; and testing aircraft system.

Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment.

Completes all required maintenance records.

Accurately records time worked on a work order.

Interprets technical manuals, drawings and blueprints.

Performs other aircraft maintenance work as may be required.

Wheel shop Mechanic

Remove worn tires, wash or bead blast wheel halves, paint stripped and parts cleaned,

visual inspection, measurements, NDT (Zyglo, Eddy, and/or Magnaflux), repainted, and

reassembled

Inspect and pack bearings in accordance with CMM’s, SPM and WI.

Perform repairs or overhauls duties in outline task.

QA/QC Technician

departments.

Produce receiving reports in the computer system.

Inspect customer product and verify correct part numbers on customer product.

floor and stores area.
