Professional Experience

Graham Packaging 8/2012- Present

Injection Department - Operated multiple Husky Machines, completing Quality Control and 2 hour checks. Coordinated

computer work as well as processing performs. Cared for dryer and executed silo hook-up from tankers, start-ups/shut-

downs of injection molding machines. Operated blow molding side, box makers, strappers, palletizers, conveyors, case

packers, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Completed all troubleshooting, operations associated paperwork and monitored scrap

usage.

Mazak 8/2010-5/2011

Shipping Department - Cleaned and loaded conveyors into pan following coolant test. Operated overhead crane &

forklift to move CNC Machines to dock. Executed some programming. Collected tooling as needed. Completed parts

assembly, custom parts creation, and some welding.

TMK/IPSCO Tubular Plant 2/2010-7/2010

Switchman - Pulled pipe out of mill for placement in adjacent rail yard. Readied pipe for inspection by moving into/out of

differing areas of tracks. Directed placement of coils to correct destinations in the rail yard.

Lathe Operation - Executed pipe cutting to meet specifications. Carried out machine set-up to completion.

Machine Operator - Operation of Kammanshu Stamping Press. Utilized computer skills for for die changeover, adjusted

machinery to reach desired specifications. Administered forklift and tugger with trailer. Maintained logs and directed

placement of finished product into store.

Utility Workman - Directed locomotive. Worked with plasma a cutter to cut pipe to specification. Prepped piping for final

inspection using a variety of tools to repair track. Supervised placement of piping within barge. Supplied tools as

necessary for machine changeover.
