I am a seasoned service coordinator / manager in the commercial H.V.A.C industry. I have been in a leadership role for the last 12 years. My skills are as follows but not limited to dispatching & assigning work details to all technicians, parts and material pricing, outside vendor negotiations, service job pricing based on material & labor, writing customer proposals, ordering material using purchase orders and warranty returns, utilizing live dispatching and customer based software programs, using GPS tracking software to ensure time efficiency.
I also have field experience as a second man on all service work such as performing routine maintenance, compressor changes, TXV replacements, motor & pully replacements.
