Description Petrofac is an international provider of facilities

solutions to the oil & gas production and processing

industries.

Currently all the departments are not integrated by result of

which Sharing of data is minimal and if any analysis has to be

done in that case data needs to be pulled from various sources

which is very time consuming and difficult to keep everything

in sync. This project was a solution to the existing problems

by building an application which will be having all the

departments' necessary information so that Business Analysis

can be done at a better level in lesser time and lesser effort

and the synchronization of data will be happened with multiple

locations.

part of the application building that was maintained by Wipro

Technologies for last 5 years. Now EMC feels that the way the

application works is pretty slow and backdated. Henceforth, we

got an opportunity to rewrite blocks of code, which we thought

will be better for maintaining the application as well as less

time consuming. Most of the manually handled parts of the

application are modified to Auto mode as part of the

enhancement process.
