Helemano Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility / Island of Oahu, Hawaii $15.5 million
Vehicle maintenance facility for the United States Army Corps of Engineers designed for and developed to achieve a rating of silver in accordance with LEED Version 2.2. Project consisted of extensive site/utility work, heavy duty concrete paving, and two pre-engineered metal buildings totaling 38,750 square feet.
Pacifica Honolulu / Honolulu, Hawaii $100 million
Forty-six floor, 489 unit luxury condominium project. Included forty one residential floors, five parking levels, 430,000 square feet of interior space, recreation deck with swimming pool, jacuzzi, theater, fitness center, fire pits, cabanas, and party pavilion.
Luau at Sandestin / Destin, Florida $47 million
Luxury condominium project included an eighteen story 135 unit building, twelve story 108 unit building, two story parking garage, and 4,000 square foot swimming pool.
Ashton Browns Mill / Atlanta, Georgia $9 million
100 unit, 4-story residential development for seniors.
Arcadia at Parkway Village / Atlanta, Georgia $22 million
292 unit multi-family apartment development.
Avalon / Columbus, Georgia $16 million

De Florez Building Zone 1 A/B Modifications / Orlando, Florida $440K
Design-Build project. Interior office renovations included construction of new office areas, break rooms, conference room, and laboratory.
