way equipment for the Kershaw division. Coordinate and perform internal and process

Pemco World Air Services 1/2011 – 12/2011

Quality supervisor for all the internal and external audits for Pemco Dothan I

provided support services to a five member quality team, as well as managing all

office criteria for my quality management team. I monitored operations to prevent

the production of defects, verified adherence to quality plans and requirements.

Analyzed and investigated adverse quality trends and conditions and initiated

corrective actions. I have a working knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration

regulations and requirements, European Aviation Safety requirements, ISO

9001 / AS9100 and customer airworthiness requirements. I performed Vendor

audits in and throughout the United States and Europe as well, issuing corrective

final inspection airworthiness certifications for customer delivery. Performed final

in flight review inspection on aircraft prior to delivery. I was the MRB

representative for flight operations and proficient in SAP, six sigma and lean

manufacturing.

variety of major aircraft systems, their assemblies and components including

but not limited to, airframe, landing gear, power plant, gear boxes, pumps

and hydraulic, pressurization, utility, fuel, oil, pneumatic and flight control

systems.
