Special auto-mobility equipment manufacturing; during my tenure sales
revenue increased from $2 million to more than $60 million and dealer
accounts increased from a few to over 150. Responsible for establishing
intellectual property on key product designs (including being a listed
inventor) as well as setting up and managing division facilities in
Florida, California, and New Jersey, as well as setting up the
international dealer network.
Heavy duty and light truck equipment manufacturing; during my tenure sales
revenue increased from $38 million to more than $68 million.
Stainless steel products manufacturing; in my first year, new accounts
increased more than 120% adding $5.8 million in new revenue increasing
annual sales to over $70 million.
OEM vehicle launch; leadership position in supporting the successful launch
of a new "purpose built" wheelchair accessible vehicle into the market,
designed with both gas and compressed natural gas (CNG) engine power
systems.

The Vehicle Production Group., Executive Vice President/Sales and then
promoted to President/Commercial Division
The Vehicle Production Group designs and manufactures a "purpose built"
wheelchair accessible vehicle, both in gas and compressed natural gas (CNG)
power systems, under the brand name MV-1.
I was asked to join the company to provide market leadership in helping to
get the MV-1 approved within the key taxi markets, key paratransit
commercial markets, winning a GSA contract, getting the MV-1 approved for
reimbursement through the Veterans Administration, and providing support in
the development of a dealer network.
Freedom Sciences LLC., Executive Vice President /Marketing and member of
the ownership group
Freedom Sciences holds the international reputation for designing and
producing the most advanced and innovative group of auto/truck mobility
products in the world.
I was asked to join the company, as a managing partner to provide senior
leadership in helping to expand its product line through the various
mobility channels. Record sales revenue and new dealer accounts created
despite challenging economic conditions.
MarketVision Communications Inc., Executive Vice President/Marketing and
member of the ownership group
Marketvision develops customized marketing and sales processes for
companies requiring professional marketing and sales guidance and support,
frequently incorporating CRM systems. I was asked to join the company as a
managing partner to provide senior leadership in helping to develop a
larger client base, leveraging MarketVision's expertise in the heavy duty
and light duty commercial transportation equipment markets. During my
ownership time period at MarketVision Communications, I took on direct
sales and marketing responsibilities at Stahl Truck Equipment and Waltco
Truck Equipment. Managed sales dollars increased over 330% during my
equity partner position with MarketVision Communications Inc.
Brenner Tank Inc., Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Brenner is a leading manufacturer of transportation tanks for the food,
beverage, chemical, environmental, and petroleum industries.
Asked to join the company to lead the restructuring of its distribution
network and the development of new marketing strategies to address severe
shifts in the transportation industry, including consolidation, cost of
fuel and materials, driver shortages, and numerous regulatory and
environmental issues. During the first year, new accounts increased by 120%
adding $5.8 million in new account revenue, increasing sales revenue to
over $70 million.

With manufacturing facilities in Indiana, Alabama, and Texas, and a
worldwide network of dealers and representatives, I was asked to join the
company to provide leadership in the development of new markets and further
growth of traditional markets. Directly handled all national accounts,
successfully negotiating national purchasing agreements with all major
customers, including Waste Management, BFI, and Republic Services. This
position also had responsibility for sales. Galbreath sales increased from
$38 million to over $68 million during my sales and marketing leadership.

I was instrumental in formulating and implementing extremely successful
product designs as well as associated marketing /distribution strategies
resulting in dramatic sales growth during my tenure. I rose through the
ranks at Braun to Executive Vice President /Sales and Marketing. During my
marketing and sales leadership, Braun sales increased from $2 million to
almost $60 million.
