OBJECT I VE
I would like to start a new career working for a company that has a friendly atmosphere with room for advancement. I have
extensive knowledge in computers, windows systems and multiple types of software, as well as computer hardware
components. I regularly use computers both at my leisure and professionally and enjoy working with. as well as on them. I love
learning new things, both at work and at play.
Many don't acknowledge my potential simply because its not on my resume, I think that its a shame we are evaluated by what
is only easily explainable and not by our actual abilities. I like learning new things, and as a result, I have learned a lot of things
through my life that were not part of my job description. So ultimately, my goal would be to find a stable job with a company that
is exciting and even a little challenging to work for.

backed up main servers. Troubleshoot hardware problems with both computer components and network hardware.

Montgomery County Tax Assessor Collector Office Conroe, Texas
Took property tax payments and processed vehicle registration. Processed titles for auto sales and transfers in the state of
Texas. Handled customers on the counter as well as online payments and mail. Also handled dealer title bundles and specialty
license plates.
Customer Service Representative Employed (2/2006 -7/2010)

Continued same work for Hewitt as a permanent employee. Helped client participants with benefit choices and options for
Health and 401k. As well as handled problems as they arise acting as point of contact for the participants. Also acted as
advocate for patients who's plan provisions were in question. Some of my clients included employees of Verizon, Boeing, and
BAE.
