offshore network connectivity's for the new projects coming to Wipro. Held
multifaceted responsibilities to configure, install and administer network

Roles & Responsibilities in Brief:
* Have worked as an Incident Management and Change Management Engineer for
the Central Network Operations where I am responsible to implement the
offshore network connectivity's for the new projects coming to Wipro.
* As a project engineer joining the kickoff call with the client and
internal teams to understand the client requirements at initial stage and
also attending the calls with the process and client team for application
testing and troubleshooting.
* Joining the kickoff calls with the Business IT team, PMO and other stake
holders for the discussion on any new project implementation.
* Have implemented around 40+ projects with different connectivity setup
like Client to site VPN, Site to Site VPN, project movements within Wipro
locations with minimal downtime\cutover, Project extension within Wipro
through VRF's. Point to Point link establishment, Site to site VPN
(Router, ASA, Concentrator Base).
* Responsible for solving the trouble tickets raised by users without
violating the SLA.
* Designing, configuring and managing the ODC's network across geography as
