replacement of the Existing ACCENT system. ACCENT is the primary system used by the
Department of Human Services to determine eligibility for the State and Federal programs for
Food Stamps, Medicaid/TennCare and Families First currently used by Tennessee State's publ ic
assistance programs.

Documenting High Level Design, Flow diagram, and technical specification documents in
an AGILE development environment.
