Provided senior, strategic and operational leadership to the Senior Leaders of this 3PL throughout Canada.
Initiated change management to align major changes with company’s strategic plan . Responsible for
managing strategic internal and external customer initiatives supporting major accounts including; Imperial
Tobacco, Target, American Standard, Pitney Bowes, Hewlett Packard, Callaway Golf, Xerox, and Sears.

Provided leadership to the organization on a number of change management related programs,
including a key restructuring initiative, a new Health and Safety system, revisions on the
employment equity program, and the establishment of a new disability management return to

areas such as Employee Relations, Health and Safety, Communications, Recruitment and on
boarding, training, disability management, succession planning and talent management and a Return
to Work Centre. Reported directly to Senior VP of HR and responsible for 3,000+ employees
Led the change management of a new warehouse management system (WMS), including
developing the communication plan and corresponding communication documents, oversaw the
training of all employees on the new IT system, and monitored the respective performance
management processes to ensure, track and monitor success of the implementation
Led and oversaw the development of a number of successful training initiatives, including
Harassment Training (in conjunction with the CAW), and substance abuse training for supervisors
and managers
Introduced and co-chaired a Health and Welfare Committee with the bargaining unit and
oversaw the creation of effective processes for managing substance abuse
Oversaw the development of action plans following the administration of a Gallup Employee

Provided strategic HR support in the start-up of a new warehouse and provided change
