OPERATIONS SUPPORT - LOS ANGELES, CA OCT. 2007 - PRESENT

• Responsible for processing Purchase Orders from two of our largest customers to fulfill the Projector Deployment. Oversee the Projector Deployment and resolve any problems that occur. Create Purchase Orders for various items needed by our Technical Team to support field activity and various projects

• Maintain the Dept. SharePoint Site as the Administrator. Add updated reports, new users, new pages and creative web parts providing key information.

• Enter check requests and wire transfers for vendors and financial institutions. Work closely with Accounts Payable, Legal and Controllers to ensure invoices are processed correctly.

• Ensure Digital Cinema Equipment for demonstrations, and trade shows are shipped and returned in a timely manner. Assist the Marketing and Sales Groups with all Trade Shows, invitations, Leads, and Equipment Requirements. Participate in various projects such as the Eiger glasses and CHIPS Rack deployments.

• Responsible for booking Instrument orders and instrument contracts, as well as maintaining over 200 leases, rentals, and reagent contracts for terms of 5 to 7 years. The majority of these contracts require standing orders for up to 12 months.

• Receive incoming casual phone orders, customer issues, and information calls for the Coagulation/Homostasis Department.

• Make outbound proactive calls to maintain customer satisfaction for those customers who are due to set up their annual standing orders.
