Description : EMC I onix Service Assurance Manager Companion User Interface (Smarts-UI)
p rovides the cross-domain configuration and performance management details in the context of
notifications coming from EMC Ionix Service Assurance Manager (SAM). The SAM Companion UI
supplements existing functionality in SAM, EMC Ionix Network Configuration Manager (NCM)
and Watch4net Automated Performance Grapher (APG).
R ole:
-Development of UI components to render the mashup outputs using java/javascript and Dojo.
-Sole ownership for the implementation of some of the U I pages in CUI application
-Communication with the Product Owner from US, understand the requirements and presenting
demonstration of the product in development.
2) CCSF: Customer Care Services F ramework
Du ration : April 2010 – May 2012.
Description : Customer Care Services Framework is a product from Nokia Siemens Networks to
automate the scenarios for problem handling in the customer care centre of telecom service
p roviders. The series of steps done manually by the customer care personnel to figure out the
p roblem can be automated to a single click. Automation reduces the problem analysis and problem
solving for a particular customer from an average of 20 min to 2 min.
Role:
- User management for CCSF-POC.
- Licensing for CCSF-POC.
- Development of adapters required to communicate with the network elements – HLR, DB, TCC
Adapter and Email Adapter.
- Enhancement of existing Adobe Flex GUI.
- Porting of GWT based GUI to Liferay portlets.
- Customisation of Jboss Drools Workflow Engine.
- Customization of GUI based on the needs of the customers.
3) NGSF: Next Generation Service Fulfilment
