Other Project Experience:
1. Alternate Fuels.
. Increase the efficiency of a twin cylinder diesel engine & to decrease
its emission rate using Methanol as a main fuel.
. Design of Electronic Control Unit for injecting DEE. A specialized
intake manifold was designed using Pro E and it is fabricated for DEE
injection.
. A fuel circuit was designed and made for supplying Methanol.
. DEE is injected in various proportions in manifold and efficiency is
calculated. There is an increase in efficiency by 5% in an optimum
mixture and got a decrease in emission rate with almost zero carbon
contents in it.
2. Design and Fabrication of JIB CRANE.
. Miniature Jib crane is designed and fabricated.
. Designed using SOLIDWORKS and analyzed using ANSYS.
. Weight of 20 lbs. can be lifted. It can be used in small automation
industries.
