TATA DOCOMO-MS, Huawei-NTS Ahmedabad (Gujarat).Working as a RNO Engineer.

responsibilities:-

> Technology 2G/GPRS/EDGE :-

> Daliy KPI & NQI monitoring of all Gujarat Towns, take action according

to worst call drop & SD Drop cells, worst HO failure cells, poor CSSR

& IASR cells, SD Blocking, TCH Blocking and Voice quality.

> Every week prepare TRX addition/Deletion as per Traffic & Blocking.

> Every week analysis for Data KPI as per Hard Blocking, Soft blocking

and TBF KPI.

> As per EDAP Report, check number of IDLE Times Slots failures of site,

according to it IDLE Time Slots addition and also plan for Second E1.

> According to rehoming sites, check Frequency planning for 2G (BCCH,

MAIO, BSIC, Cell ID, LAC, and BSC) and BSS parameter.

> Check site status and BSS parameter with help of Tools Local

Maintenance Terminal for BSC6000 and M2000-CME for BSC6900.

> Doing NBR audit by addition/deletion of NBR and also check Handover

between 2G to 2G, 3G to 3G, 3G to 2G & 2G to 3G and also plan for

physical optimization require sites

> Every Month parameter audit requires for CS & PS services and change

according to it.

> Working on E-iNOC Portal for any type of changes in network, first

take approval from customer and then create Channel Request (CR) on

iManager of GNOC Portal.Maintain CR Tracker every day.

> Analysis daily Trouble Ticket (TT) raised by GNOC Team and handle to

it with solution.

> Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting manager in line with the

overall scope of work of the project.

> Technology 3G:-

> Network Optimization of UMTS, tracking all the physical verification,

analysis RSCP, Ec/Io, BLER, TX Power, PN Code, HSDPA and HSUPA data

Throughput, Pilot Pollution in basis of drive test reports.

> For check site status and BSS parameter with the help of M2000-CME

Tool.

> KPI monitoring of CSSR, Node B Utilization, RRC & RRB steup success

rate and DCR of all CS & PS Services and take action plan according to

it.

> For worst CS & PS blocking cells, take action to Augmentation & De-

augmentation for CE Blocking and change Uplink total equivalent user

number for Power blocking.

> For Uplink interefence or call drop, check RTWP value and take action

plan according to it.

Technology 2G & 3G:-

> Planning of GSM 1800 & WCDMA 2100 network (HUAWEI platform).

> Devise and implement plans for Network Technical Service Support and

project delivery, provide standard and professional service of

Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF parameter workshop)

with customers and subcontractors.

> Co-ordinate as per DOT Rules for EMF (Electromagnetic Fields from Base

Station Antenna) survey and testing for new site. For EMF Testing,

responsible of survey plan, prepare EMF report with all calculation,

compare EMF data with applying SACFA details and to get these reports

accepted by customer.

> Check all parameter and alarm for New Site from RF and BSS end.

> Network Optimization of GSM, tracking all the physical verification,

analysis RX Level, RX Quality, BLER, FER, and data Throughput in basis

of SCFT Report using Genex Assistant-3.3 and to get these reports

accepted by customer.

> Network Optimization of UMTS, tracking all the physical verification,

analysis RSCP, Ec/Io, BLER, TX Power, PN Code, HSDPA and HSUPA data

Throughput in basis of SCFT and cluster Report using Genex Assistant-

3.3 and to get these reports accepted by customer.
