Responsible for running the front desk, which included answering the telephone,
handling and sorting mail, take care of UPS/FedEx packages in and out going. Hands
on employee who also handled excel spread sheets, monthly safety forms, completed
and verified all bills and handled payables of these bills, purchaser for anything that
was needed in any department, and helped out in any other area I might be needed in.

• Successful for handling a twelve (12) line telephone system while multi-tasking
with other office duties.

• Designed and entered all paper files dating from the 1970’s on to Iron
Mountain. This served the purpose of having to go to go through the
archives. Responsible for entering, box file and in alphabetical order all
work done from this company from 20+ years past.

events to be held in the venue, dealt with an immense amount of people
coming through a 10,000 seat arena.
• Worked with the City of Albany during all hurricanes that came through.
Along with several other employees, all hand-picked by the City Manager,
we manned the telephones to help calm people down, help them get out
their homes and kept a sharp view of the weather images, handled any
emergencies that happened during that time frame.
