Job Description

• Receive drawing from Customer, do the Advance product quality plan, technical review, costing and the same send to customer through Projects Manager.

• With reference to the purchase order from customer will start our development activities.

• Initially, we will check the availability of Pems, Raw materials, Tools.

• Get the lead time for the same from respective vendors.

• Based on the lead time we will base line the project & send the time sheet to customer for approval.

• With reference to the customer drawing (PDF or Reverse Engineering with customer sample), do the model in Solid works.

• Convert the 3D drawing into 2D manufacturing drawing.

• Follow up the various manufacturing process like Punching, Forming, Riveting, Welding, Assembly, Plating, Powder coating, Screen Printing and Packing.

• Make templates, fixture and checking gauge required for manufacturing parts.

• Get the approval from qualification in all stages, for to send the prototype to customer along with first article report.

• Simultaneously we start preparing the various documents like Development Drawing, Control Plan, Process flow chart, Work Instructions (for assembly & welding) FMEA for our smooth production line.

• After getting the approval from customer, Issue all the documents to Engineering department.

• We prove our repeatability & reliability of our quality by completing the pilot batch.
