* Quality Control

dependably proficient at producing only quality products. I have been educated and certified in blueprint

reading, gage training, SPC data gathering and charting, conflict management and diversity training.

* Process Engineering Assistant

Involved in many tests and machine qualifications with process engineering performing special gaging,

product building and testing. Informed engineering of discrepancies within the production routings, set-

up sheets, blue prints and quality control instructions.

Wrote manufacturing changes involving discrepancies for approval by engineering. Performed individual

research and was involved in group brainstorming to trouble-shoot Manufacturing or Quality issues.

* Machine Operator / Set-Up

My main duties at Delphi for the last 5 years were operating (2) automatic solenoid-body welders with 12

stations controlled with a PC. I was in charge of trouble-shooting, job setting, set-up, changeovers and

machine specification adjustments. Collected SPC data, by performing audits through specification

gaging and microscopic visuals. In my 27 years at Delphi I operated many other types of machinery.

* Food Service / Chili's

I was a proficient waitress at Chilis often covering two sections with many regular customers requesting

my service. When working for Blue Suede Shows I was in charge of breakfast, lunch and dinner, back-

stage, dressing room and after-show food and drink service at many Venues. I was in charge of

Performers contracts and riders depicting expected service. I wore many hats including, but not limited

to: planning, organizing, scheduling, shopping and preparing all areas of service provided for the

customer, including cooking breakfasts and lunches. From set-up to teardown my duties were to satisfy

the contractual expectations of the performers by being involved every step of the way and delegating

other employees tasks.

* Custom Picture Framing / Frames Unlimited and Michigan Moulding

I performed all aspects of a custom picture framer including coordinating and suggesting matting color,

width and texture, frame material, glass options with overall size of finished product. I provided all

services to finish the project professionally including dry mounting, museum mounting, mat cutting, glass

cutting, embroidery stretching, frame assembly, 3-D mountings, shadow boxes and final assembly of the

finished product. I am inherently artistically talented with a flair for home decorating using a certain

motif of choice with a finished project of unique character and beauty.

* Volunteering / Committees / Other Interests

I was on the Wellness Committee at Delphi promoting employee health and fitness through scheduled

health screenings made available at the work site. I organized aerobic classes to be held at the plant.

Rallied for an exercise/fitness area to be created in the available space at the plant. Investigated the

feasibility of memberships at various health clubs at a group discount for employees. I personally wrote

an article called "Feast on Fitness" that was published monthly in our workplace newsletter. I have been a

fitness advocate for as long as my memory takes me. I have ran many 5 to 10 Kilometer races, placing in

the top 5 for my age group in many of them. I love working out in my home fitness center, am an avid

golfer and bowler and enjoy many outdoor activities.

I volunteer at benefits for Gods Kitchen and benefits involving the health and welfare of children. I was

on the Childcare Committee at Delphi, attending childcare conventions and bringing useful information

back to the Delphi employees regarding childcare issues. I was involved in many special projects and

activities planned for the employees children andgrandchildren.
