qualifications. Trained in SPC and maintained quality control and audit specification charting. Performed
many gauging and visual audits with an eye for quality and indifference of product. On special

Relevant Skills and Accomplishments at Delphi/GM:
* Quality Control
Quality control technician that included gaging, visual audits and inspections within micron tolerances.
SPC educated in using many gaging applications, chartings and mastering of machining tolerances.
Developed SPC programs and charts for line audit operations. I am very conscientious of being
dependably proficient at producing only quality products. I have been educated and certified in blueprint
reading, gage training, SPC data gathering and charting, conflict management and diversity training.
* Process Engineering Assistant
Involved in many tests and machine qualifications with process engineering performing special gaging,

up sheets, blue prints and quality control instructions.
Wrote manufacturing changes involving discrepancies for approval by engineering. Performed individual
research and was involved in group brainstorming to trouble-shoot Manufacturing or Quality issues.
* Machine Operator / Set-Up
My main duties at Delphi for the last 5 years were operating (2) automatic solenoid-body welders with 12
stations controlled with a PC. I was in charge of trouble-shooting, job setting, set-up, changeovers and
machine specification adjustments. Collected SPC data, by performing audits through specification
gaging and microscopic visuals. In my 27 years at Delphi I operated many other types of machinery.
* Food Service / Chili's
I was a proficient waitress at Chilis often covering two sections with many regular customers requesting
my service. When working for Blue Suede Shows I was in charge of breakfast, lunch and dinner, back-
stage, dressing room and after-show food and drink service at many Venues. I was in charge of
Performers contracts and riders depicting expected service. I wore many hats including, but not limited
to: planning, organizing, scheduling, shopping and preparing all areas of service provided for the
customer, including cooking breakfasts and lunches. From set-up to teardown my duties were to satisfy
the contractual expectations of the performers by being involved every step of the way and delegating
other employees tasks.
* Custom Picture Framing / Frames Unlimited and Michigan Moulding
I performed all aspects of a custom picture framer including coordinating and suggesting matting color,
width and texture, frame material, glass options with overall size of finished product. I provided all
services to finish the project professionally including dry mounting, museum mounting, mat cutting, glass
cutting, embroidery stretching, frame assembly, 3-D mountings, shadow boxes and final assembly of the
finished product. I am inherently artistically talented with a flair for home decorating using a certain
motif of choice with a finished project of unique character and beauty.
* Volunteering / Committees / Other Interests
I was on the Wellness Committee at Delphi promoting employee health and fitness through scheduled
health screenings made available at the work site. I organized aerobic classes to be held at the plant.
Rallied for an exercise/fitness area to be created in the available space at the plant. Investigated the
feasibility of memberships at various health clubs at a group discount for employees. I personally wrote
an article called "Feast on Fitness" that was published monthly in our workplace newsletter. I have been a
fitness advocate for as long as my memory takes me. I have ran many 5 to 10 Kilometer races, placing in
the top 5 for my age group in many of them. I love working out in my home fitness center, am an avid
golfer and bowler and enjoy many outdoor activities.
I volunteer at benefits for Gods Kitchen and benefits involving the health and welfare of children. I was
on the Childcare Committee at Delphi, attending childcare conventions and bringing useful information
back to the Delphi employees regarding childcare issues. I was involved in many special projects and
activities planned for the employees children andgrandchildren.
