Handling end to end recruitment for IT and Non-IT clients, which involves

the entire process from sourcing the resume to getting the candidate

onboard.

Executive search through Job portal search and Advertisements.

Posting various requirements on job portals.

Analyze the Requirements, sourcing, shortlist and screening the candidates

through Preliminary interviews.

Lineup short listed candidates for interviews and regular follow up with

the selected candidates.

Interaction with the clients for recruitment at various levels.

Coordinating with client for interview schedules for Team leads and

Managers
