HHO success rate with OCNS and without OCNS, HHO optimization.

UL/DL peak throughput test using FTP Schedule and non schedule settings.

Detailed Report was provided for the projected traffic and coverage levels

for the towns planned by Maxis.

Using TEMS Cell Planner Coverage, Quality and Throughput plots are provided

to the customer.

Responsible for Pre/Post launch of Maxis UMTS Network - RoTN (954 Sites

IP/ATM).

Completed Cluster Optimization for one of the Major 3G - IP Network in

India.

Achieved Drop Call Rate under 0.5% CS services and 0.8% PS Services,

Achieved RLC Throughput around 17.1 Mbps for HSDPA (DL) Peak, Maintaining

Accessibility Rate > 99% (CS and PS Services).

Had Successfully Optimized CS IRAT HO & PS Cell Reselection from 3G-2G (CS

- 98% and PS - 92%).

Inter SGSN PS IRAT HO issues were identified using UETR Trace and Drive

logs. SGSN (Huawei) Issues were fixed with appropriate software patch.

Tuning HSPA related Parameters (16 QAM, 64 QAM, number HSPDSCH codes,

MaxHSrate, EUL License and features, to achieve higher throughputs

Have used WNCS tool to fine tune the 3G-3G Neighbor list of the network and

basis for taking corrective action to maintain the KPI within limits. GPEH,

performance in a testing site and then planned and given by me for a major

roll out across the network.

Initial Optimization for Airtel 3G P4 network in Seychelles - Victoria

Town. Faced challenges on IRAT Optimization for Voice and R99 PS data.

Have to submit the report the customer after successful Optimization of the

3G network.

Successfully Completed Cluster Tuning and RF Acceptance activities for the

agreed parameters with the customer. (DCR < 1 % for CS services and < 2%

for PS services, CSSR > 98%).

Have obtained Peak RLC Throughput of 320 mbps with PS - R99.

UE - traces were collected in the RNC using MOSHELL/AMOS commands only and

it is parsed to identify Various Issues, related to IRAT, Handoff and

Throughputs.

UMTS RF Dimensioning & Design

Actively participated in 3G RFP preparation for BSNL Mega Tender for south

circles Viz. Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. This includes 3

Responsible for Design and Optimization activities, for the GSM 900 / 1800

network.

Identifying Offloading site location using MRR and Projected Traffic Data.

630 - GSM 900 & 1800 sites across Tamilnadu were Planned, Designed and

surveyed within 6 weeks.

Completed Ph-8 Planning for 1390 Sites in RoTN - Duration 10 weeks.

Completed Ph-9 Planning for 2050 Sites, to meet Coverage and Capacity for

Implemented Hopping and Fixed combined plan for all the major towns in the

circle.

Analysed Drive Data and Performance Monitoring of Nokia GSM systems.

Actively involved in Frequency Planning and Hopping Planning for a

New features testing like Improved IFHO (Inter Frequency Handoff) and

release testing of the BSC and RBS.

Initial Optimization of Ho Chi Minch City Ericsson CDMA 2000RTT network and

tune various parameter values for improving the network performance. It had

totally 25 CDMA 2000 sites in and around city.

Responsible for planning and executing, the requirements within the time

schedule.

Customer was very much satisfied with the output of the process.

Had provided remote support and clarification for any customer doubts.

CDMA 2000 RF Planning and Optimization

- Organisation: Tata Teleservices Ltd. Duration: AUG 2001 - OCT 2004

Had completed RF Design for the major towns in Tamilnadu with 150 CDMA 2000

Sites.

Had carried out Survey activities for 150 sites in North Chennai and

Tamilnadu.

Had done the Complete Spectrum clearance for the additional frequency

received for Tata (CH - 185) for a town named Tiruppur and Identified a

spurious transmission in the Tata Band by a Govt. Operator and submitted

sufficient logs and documents to get it rectified.

Developed scripts for performance management of Ericsson CDMA System,
