In INTERCONTINENTAL The Grand Resort Goa I am worked for Indian Kitchen,

Gardemanger & Continental kitchen .Where beside Food production I am

performing jobs like - taking care of the section, ordering goods for

kitchen, ordering vegetables for daily operation, store requisitions for

kitchen, dairy goods ordering, taking care of sections dry stores &

vegetables stores, duty allocation for staffs, making duty roster for

staffs, training for staff, menu planning for daily buffet, menu planning

for upcoming parties, making daily consumption report, storing foods(cooked

and raw) and food related materials, daily spoilage report, stopping

pilferages etc.

* In Flavors of India, ACT, Australia I am used to take care the kitchen

operation. Beside the Food Production I am performing the jobs like-

ordering of daily goods (meat, groceries, milk products, vegetables,

stationeries, etc), taking care of the kitchen administration, training the
