Supervisor/ Acting Manager/ Dealer
Dealer- Dealing includes knowing all the rules of the game being dealt at the time and the ability to enforce them in a friendly manner and keeping track of the amount of money in the pot along with all of the players' actions simultaneously.
Supervisor- supervising begins with setting up table rotations for the dealers so that everyone has an equal opportunity to earn tips. Keeping all the dealers satisfied by allowing them to leave early, if possible, but still maintaining an adequate staff. Making floor calls on dealing mistakes takes full knowledge of every situation and keeping in line with the fairness of the game. Customer service is the most important part of this job because, for most players, the combination of losing money and drinking alcohol does not make for very understanding patrons. Making a ruling must be done with politeness and confidence so the customer knows it is not personal it is just in fairness of the game. Supervising the count at the end of every shift, includes counting every dollar made by the casino and doing in all in accordance with state regulation.
Acting Manager- this job entails much of the same as a supervisor with a couple of added responsibilities such as keeping the vault balanced, overseeing all vault transactions, and accounting for every chip and dollar in the vault, cage, and casino floor by balancing the $427,000 a few times a shift. After the vault balances and the casino take is done comes the paperwork for the accounting office and the state. In this position, I had to have full knowledge of the camera system in case of money disputes, suspected cheating, and most importantly quarterly reviews preformed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

10/2012-present
Toyota
Sales Associate- In sales, I was responsible for greeting a customer then transitioning them to a "needs assessment". Putting the customer on the right vehicle the first time is very important to meet their expectations and more importantly their budget. After the needs assessment is completed, I pull the car up and preform a walk around explaining features and benefits of the vehicle. Then the customer and I will take a test drive to help them build mental ownership of the vehicle. When we return from the test drive, it's time to negotiate terms that are acceptable for both buyer and seller. After we come to agreement the customer and I will complete all paperwork needed for the deal jacket. While the customer is in finance I will prep the the vehicle for delivery. Once they have completed all their financing I will deliver the car and thank them for their business.
Performing proper follow-ups on unsold customer gives you the opportunity to sale the vehicle that you didn't on the previous occasion.
