EXPERIENCE:
2013-Present: Weekday Sales Associate. Lowes Stores Provided
expertly guided customer service in seasonal sales including hardware and
power/lawn equipment. Other responsibilities include credit and membership
card promotion.
2010-2011: Certified Custom Framer. Michael's Arts & Crafts Stores
Provided patrons with top-of-the-line service in custom framing including
color and texture coordination, order processing, on-site fittings, problem
resolution, and carry-outs; Directly experienced with, and excelled at, all
aspects of production and finishing, as well as department closing
procedures and recovery.
2009-2010: Sales Associate/Stock Associate. Hobby Lobby Stores Excelled
at freight breakdown and organization; Offered customers cordial and

Developed a well managed and efficient small business which showed
consistent growth over a period of three years; Eventually liquidated both
establishment and its assets, and re-assigned long term customers in order
to relocate.
2002-2005: Manager & Sales Rep. Textbook Recycling Inc/Beetlebinder's
Bookstore. Managed establishment for 3-1/2 years; Made tremendous strides
in improving store efficiency and loss prevention; Coordinated office
networking to improve online book sales; Solely responsible for a 70%
increase in internet related sales and the widening of our distribution
area.
2002-2004: Project Supervisor. Russell County Probate Office Supervised a
restoration/rebinding project to the benefit of local county court systems;
