COE is a project aimed to consolidate the legacy decentralized document
management systems of 14 different agencies in State of Michigan.
Responsibilities:
Architecting FileNet based solutions for various state agencies.
Worked on FileNet P8 upgrade strategy for FileNet IS environment, utilizing
CFS-IS.

Geostorage technology to replacing the Remote cache servers of FileNet.
Responsibilities:
Worked on the project of rebuilding application related to approval process
for the PO/Invoices discrepancies invoices in SWAN. The application was
built on Java, J2EE, Oracle 8i, FileNet 3.5 (Service Pack2).
Build the entire Geostorage solution eliminating FileNet Proprietary RCS
(Remote Cache Server). This was developed with the purpose of improving the
client side performance of viewing the images.
Used ISRA 2.0, FileNet java product for interacting with Image Services.

SWAN (Standard Workflow Application for invoice Navigation) is the
application supporting the worldwide standard workflow process for vendor
payable expense invoices. After scanning the invoice, a work object is
injected into an automated process, which consists of a sequence of robots.
When a robot fails due to a lack of information or discovers an error the
invoice falls out to an interactive. After initial data entry, perfect
invoices should be loaded to SAP without any further user interaction,
except maybe some web approvals. When an invoice is paid, SWAN keeps the
scanned image and builds an archive file, which contains major information
about the invoice process.
