distribution and logistics tracks as part of Oracle e-business suite R12 global implementation with on-shore/off-shore

model. Managed 40 consulting resources and implemented over 50 business/warehouse locations for U.S. operations.

Managing supply chain IT operations for drilling fluid products from manufacturing to delivering to the customers

worldwide across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Planning, Warehousing and Logistics operations.

Streamlined inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, distribution & logistics processes across sales, operations and

Developed Forecast Data Management (FDM) tool which provides flexibility for planners to make better demand

planning decisions & integrated with supply planning process to create appropriate inventory and replenishments.

Streamlined two tier channel specific planning processes aimed at reducing their channel inventory and improving

inventory turns and consistent planning process from business unit revenue forecast to a product unit forecast.

Responsible for integrating Oracle Demantra with Oracle e-business suite, Data Warehouse, SAS applications and
