the country. IBM is an IT Vendor who will enable E2E System Stack for IDEA. ‘IDEA Post paid CRM Transformation’ is

a sub set of E2E stack which IBM has contracted to TechM.

IDEA Postpaid CRM Transformation Objectives are as listed below:

• Siebel CRM implementation as part of the end-to-end integrated postpaid solution

• Migration (7 Circles) of the postpaid BSS data from the existing application landscape to the

Description : Vodafone Qatar is one of the wireless operators in Qatar, presently VFQA running on BSS

stack which comprises of Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle ASAP. System is designed to

cater 700K subscriber with prepaid functionalities as part initial roadmap. Vodafone Qatar has an objective to Go Live

with Post Paid services in Qatar by MAY 2012.

Present Infrastructure is missing few key components which are impacting core business process from scalability,

availability and performance. VFQA is also planning to expand present capacity to cater 1.5Mn subscriber base by

FY15, during this tenure also considering introduction of USSD and MNP (Mobile Number Portability),and Postpaid

implementation are in pipeline.

My Responsibilities

• Gathering the Non functional Requirements from the clients

• Preparing the Test Plan for different modules in the application

• Developing simulation scripts using the HP Interactive Load Runner by identifying business critical

transactions.

• Executing Smoke tests to validate the scripts, environment and data.

• Executing test runs to find the scalability and response time of the identified transactions.

• R&D on the Siebel protocol.
