As night shift leader I was responsible for all inbound trailer to be

processed and palletized, while maintaining cooperate standars. My team of

28 receives a weekly report where pallet quality and pro count had to meet

the 98% and 95% goals every week. Performed customer service when

representatives from our vendors came by the warehouse, increasing customer

satisfaction and relation.

As a clerk my responsibilities started with the customer, making sure

their payments were applied correctly, reported any problems going on with

the community, and updating each community website. Each month I was to

complete seventy different invoices for each community that we managed. I

also processed the mail daily. Along with my day to day operations which

included customer interaction in person, phone, and e-mail.
