Description LADBS is US government organization provides Building and Safety for many permit services for the average home owner as well as contractors. Permits can be obtained at any of our Construction Service Centers or from our online permit service called e-permit. Description The Blackwell’s Action is an auction web site with a difference. It plans to do lie auctions the “old fashioned way”. There will be various modules in the web site for example registration, listing an item, auctions feedbacks etc.

The Auction Central Page is the central hub for the site. From here the user should easily be able to navigate to various pages. The Auction Central Page will have the following features such as display the list of catalogs which are available, allow the user to search for keywords in the catalogs and go to the list of items, the user should be able to navigate to the list of Event Auctions from this page and user should be able to login from this page. The user should b able to access all the details pertaining to is account from here. The user can go to Animated Directions or tutorial from this page.

Apart from that on the auction central page the various catalogs which are available will be displayed . The catalogs will be visually segregated by color or some other UI element do that the logical groupings of catalogs of similar type come together. There will be links to take the user to the list of items in a particular catalog bothe the auction and “for sale”. The initial catalog list is given in Appendix I of the document, along with the catalog main heading and the auctioneer name. There will be provision to search for the relevant items.

There will be the following screens pertaining to the user’s accounts. He can use the links on the Auctions Central page to reach these screens. In My Account section the following options will be available like My Information, What I won and Purchased, Just Missed, My Absentee Bids, My Watchlist, My Auctions, Questions for Me . Listing Fee Invoices, Messages from Blackwells, Tell My story, Change Password etc.

Customer: A customer is a person or a company interested in one or more products offered by our company

Deal: A deal is a product being offered to a particular customer. This customer may or may not buy this product offered by us.

Call: In order to close a deal, we may have to make one or more sales calls. Each of this interaction with the customer would be called as a call.

Contact: In cases where a company is our customer, we may have one or more contact persons in the company. These contact persons would be contacted for various deals going on with the company. At times, in cases of individuals, if the customer is not available for communication etc, we may have a contact person for an individual as well.

Task: Task in activity to be carried out by an account owner. An account owner may also create a task for another account owner. A task may be linked to a customer or a deal.

Reports: This would be used for generating various reports.

Admin: This would be used to add account owners (sales person, managers etc) in the system.

Description Celerity Consulting Group is a full-service litigation and business consulting firm and performs an extensive amount of IT activities for content management and representation for its clients which includes corporations, law firms and government organizations. To assist with the task of retrieving information, search has been primarily a keyword based endeavour where searchers have attempted as best they could to retrieve relevant documents accurately by matching up the keywords in a given query with the same words in the documents. Without some means of deriving the correct senses for words in the query and at data indexing time, lexical polysemy and homonymy result in a significant number of misinterpretations and thus blur the quality of retrieval results. This project would do the network discovery, by identifying the various computers on the network and from the Active Directory Server. There would also be a demo of the index and search capabilities of dtSearch integrated with the system. The indexing and demo will be carried out for the local drives only.

The solution would be installed on a high end server. This server would be taken to the end client's office and connected onto the network; all the devices on the network will be displayed. It will be possible to select and index any folders on the local machines.

Once the Indexing is done it will be possible to search the indexes. And copy the files with hits onto an external hard drive. It will also be possible to perform searches offline and then reconnect to the client network and retrieve the files where search hits are founds. There will be mechanism to audit the activities and perform data archival, restoration and purge.

Description Rx Enterprise system consists of a number of Modules. Each Module caters for a specific business function. The complete project will be delivered in a number of phases. Demographics, Company, Accounts, Central Booking Management (CBM), Central Booking -Booking Request (CBBR). Auto Booking – the booking of appointments into the Prime’s clinics. The Auto booking functions is available to all Prime users from a “Tab” in the Prime system. “Central” Bookings – the request for a booking at a Prime clinic or an affiliate’s clinic Training – The management and booking of training courses Portal – the ability for external customers to access Prime’s system and make their own bookings. Great Plain interface.

The system is a web based system build around an “EHR” (Electronic Health/Persons Record). The PMI (Persons Master Index) is the kernel of the electronic health record in the system. The electronic format and design of the system allows integration of sophisticated decision support systems, measurement of quality, and ultimately provides a means of more effective management. Transferring patient/persons information between locations and institutions will reduce redundant administration.

All the modules are linked to the PMI. A person will only be registered in the system once. The data can be altered at any stage to reflect the most accurate collection of data and the current status of the person. The “Accounts Module” is a specialised module that serves the entire system. The accounts module uses the same principals as the demographics module. Each person in the system has an account against his or her name. The different classifications identify the person and who is responsible for the account.
