including subpoena preparation, process of service, digital scanning and preparation of

documents. Online protocols include ordering, monitoring, production, duplication of records

required for settlement of claims/litigation. Services also include court reporting, records review

and summarization and multi-plaintiff/complex case management.

First year revenues exceeded $1 million in sales and service of all products to clients and

prospects limited to San Fernando Valley. Signed major account with over 500 plaintiffs in

first 9 months. Pivotal influence in securing audience with nationwide third-party

administrator for key account team presentation and endorsement.

Territory later expanded to include Santa Barbara and Ventura area.

Gabriel Valley. Hired as part-time customer service representative and promoted to Sales

syndicating newsletters and other lead generating software to other Sedgwick offices.

Arranged theme-based producer incentive trips, employee corporate ropes expeditions and
