Objective

I am interested in obtaining a full time position in the medical field receptionist position that utilizes my computer and medical

knowledge and experience with patient, client, physicians and hospital staff service.

Qualifications Summary And Skills

More than 10 years experience as a nursing communication technician and providing excellent customer service in a

hospital setting.

Warm, friendly and outgoing personality.

Excellent communication skills and etiquette to interact and work effectively in a supportive manner with the patients,

medical staff, hospital staff and visitors.

Able to complete assigned duties, tasks, or projects assigned on a regular basis while on duty.

Assist staff members in answering patient call light requests, flexible in duties to help staff members and patients.

Work well under pressure, multi task and be accurate and efficient.

Extensive computer knowledge, fast learner and type 60 wpm. Proficient in Word and Excel.

Act as a liaison in assigning beds and provide an accurate report to the charge nurses in a timely manner, assure that MD

orders are carried out into the computer, create charts, and maintain logs in the department.

Assure that the unit has adequate working materials by maintain hospital supplies and procuring supplies needed on a

regular workday.
